• ASPAC is a globally respected developer known for crafting world-class waterfront communities. Signature by ASPAC is an exclusive collection of luxury 1- to 4-bedroom homes in Richmond’s coveted River Green community. Situated along the Fraser River in the Oval Village, Signature offers homes including expansive Skyhomes with double-height ceilings and private terraces.

For this project, Signature required an extremely extensive master site plan design with illustrative landscape elements such as plants, parks, structures, water, roads, and more to showcase the waterfront area. The final result is an extremely high-quality overview of Signature's prime location and stunning nearby offerings, made in a large size to make it suitable for use in larger print formats without losing any of the illustrative detail.

Two neighbourhood location maps were also designed for Signature, with emphasis on connectivity via transit and popular nearby community highlights that support health, shopping, education, and recreation.

These maps were also seamlessly integrated into Signature’s lifestyle and amenity marketing materials, such as in brochures and on their website.
